Three ways to get a case to us
Our executive collects it from your clinic, a courier brings it, or a scan arrives before the patient has left the chair.
Collection route
Clinics in and around Malappuram are on a fixed route. Our executive collects the impression, prescription and shade from your chair-side and brings the finished work back.
Get on a routeCourier
Further afield, pack the impression in a rigid box with the prescription and send it to the lab. Finished work comes back by courier with a consignment number you can follow.
Our addressDigital scan
Export STL or PLY from any intra-oral scanner and send it with the bite scan, shade photographs and prescription. The case is on the design screen the same day.
How digital worksA case that gets it right first time
- Impression or scan — with the opposing arch.
- Bite registration — and the articulation you want.
- Shade — a photo of the tab beside the tooth, in daylight.
- Prescription — material, design, margin, contacts, due date.
- Photographs — for anterior work, the face and the smile.
- Implant details — system, platform, screw- or cement-retained.
