Made to the prescription, checked on the model
A denture is worn all day, so fit and finish matter more than on anything else the lab makes: borders polished, the fitting surface clean, the occlusion balanced on the articulator.
Cast partials are surveyed and designed for the case, flexible dentures for the patient who cannot tolerate a clasp, and over-dentures on the attachment system the implant was placed with.
